Base salary and Grade Pay -

  • The application form should be typed or neatly written on one side only in full scape plain paper with passport size photographs rafting on approbations out attested by gazetted officers  with seal.

 The application forms should' be enclosed witth following documents.
  • Candidates are requested to fill up the application form in Hindi or English language.
  • Attested copies of certificate/testimonial as proof of Educational
  • qualification and age/date of birth.
  • Attested copy of caste/category certificate for SC/ST/OBC candidates
  • given by an officer not below Tehsildar or SDO/SDM etc.
  • Attested copy of Domicile certificate, AADHAAR Number, Voter lD card & Ration card etc issued by an officer not below Tehsildar. or SOO/SDM 6tc
  • A form for issue of Admit card will also be filled in and submitted along with Passport srze photographs duly attested by a Gazetted officer with seal as per Annexure-ll along with the application form
