Selection Procedure - Selection will be made strictly as per merit prepared on the basis of Written Exam, Interview, Medical.

BVFCL Written Exam Pattern/Syllabus:  Written paper duration will be 03 hours comprising of two parts.

• Part I - will be on Reasoning, General English and General Awareness
• Part II- will be on technical/professional knowledge

BVFCL Management Trainee Period of  training :  1 (one) year.

Base salary and Grade Pay - Selected candidate will be paid remuneration based on foll wing pay band in accordance with the rule of Brahmaputra Valley Fertilizer Corporation Limited

• Stipend (During Training) : 75% of pay (Basic + DA) per month. in the scale of Rs.8600-250-14600/-(Pre-revised). Balance +25% in four quarterly instalments,
• After Training: Asstt. Engineer &equivalent (E1 level) will get salary in the scale of Rs.8600 -250-14600/- plus other allowances and perks as prescribed from time to time.
• Facilities : Free hostel accommodation, medical facilities
• Bond and Service Agreement : Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs.25,000/- for SC/ST candidate) for Training + 3 years

• Maxiumm age: of Maximum age limit 30 years as on 01.01.2015, 
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years - OBC (Non-creamy layer), 10 years for PH-General, 13 years for PH-OBC and 15 years for PH-SC categories.
