Base salary and Grade Pay -

Educational Qualification -
- Aspirants who have desire to obtain District Sainik Welfare Officer posts and going to apply against open recruitment must have

Applicant Eligibility Criteria :
- Applicant must be a Ex-Indian Commissioned Officer of the rank of Colonel or Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent rank of the Indian Navy or Indian Air Force;
- Provided further that in case no suitable person as specified in this clause is available, an Ex-Emergency Commissioned Officer of any of the ranks mentioned there in shall be eligible for appointment to the Service;
- Produces release order and Pension Payment Order issued by the concerned authorities ; and

- Rs. 3000/- for all others Categories including LDESM,
- Rs. 1125/- for SC of all States & BC Pb.
- 1750/- for Physically Handicapped
- 500 fee for ESM, Punjab
- fee as Bank Draft of State Bank of Patiala in favour of Secretary, Punjab Public Service Commission
