3. Application duly accompanied by self-attested copies of the certificates (age, education qualification and community) with one recent passport size self-signed photograph
4. Put all mentioned above in a envelope super-scribes "Application for the post of_____________” and  sent by post to the following address so as to reach on or before 16.02.2015.

Note : Applications from employees of Government Departments will be considered only if forwarded through proper channel, certified by the employer that the applicant, if selected will be relieved within one month of the receipt of the appointment orders. Also, vigilance clearance should also be recorded.
