4. Thereafter, open the Recruitment Notification.

   • Fill in the Fee Payment Challan in a clear and legible handwriting in BLOCK LETTERS.
   • Candidates can pay application fees including postal charges in any of the branches of Prathama Bank in the account number specified and printed on the payment Challan only.
   • Go to the nearest Prathama Bank Branch with the Fee payment Challan and pay in Cash, the appropriate Application Fee in CBS Account No. 89025174900.    
5. Obtain the Applicant’s Counterfoil Copy of the Application Fee Payment Challan duly authenticated by the Bank with (a) Branch Name & code No, (b) Transaction Id/Scroll number (c) Date of Deposit & amount filled by the Branch Official.
6. Candidates are now ready to Apply Online by re-visiting the Recruitment Link on the Bank’s website www.prathamabank.org. All the fields in the online Application format should be filled up carefully.
7. Carefully fill in the details such as fee payment details from the CBS Challan in the Online Application Form.
8. Candidates cannot edit their application after submission.
9. Original fee payment receipt i.e CBS challan will have to be submitted with the Call Letter at the time of Interview. Without original CBS challan the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the Interview.Candidates are also advised to keep a photocopy of the fee payment challan with them. 
10. CANDIDATES SHOULD NOT SUBMIT A PRINTOUT OF THE APPLICATION / FEE PAYMENT RECEIPT (CBS challan) TO THE BANK AT THIS STAGE.
11. Please note that the above procedure is the only valid procedure for applying. No other mode of application or incomplete steps would be accepted and such applications would be rejected.

How To Apply - Applicants are requested to apply online only from 18.11.2014 to 09.12.2014 and no other mode of application will be accepted

Guidelines for scanning and Upload of Photograph & Signature for IBPS

1. Photograph must be a recent passport style colour picture, a light-coloured, preferably white, background. with no "red-eye" Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred) - Size of file should be between 20kb–50 kb
2. Applicant has to sign on white paper with Black Ink pen. Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)Size of file should be between 10kb – 20kb

Process to fill IBPS Application form :

1. Go to the IBPS’s website www.ibps.in on the Home Page 
2. Open “CWE Specialist Officers” link
3. click on “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CWE- Specialist Officers (CWE-SPL-IV)” 
4. click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” to register
5. note down the Provisional registration number and password
6. upload their photograph and signature as per the specifications
7. Click on the “FINAL SUBMIT” button
8. Proceed to integrated with the payment gateway. The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets by providing information as asked on the screen
9. On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt will be generated.
10. Take a printout of the e-receipt and online application form

Note:

• If you want to change information in application form before Final Submit you can reopen the saved data using Provisional registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed.
• After submitting your payment information in the online application form, please wait for the intimation from the server, DO NOT press Back or Refresh button in order to avoid double charge
• If the online transaction has not been successfully completed then candidates are advised to login again with their provisional registration number and password and pay the Application Fees/ Intimation Charges online.
